Causes all spikes to retract, preventing them from dealing damage.

Works on Curse Room doors, Spiked Rocks, Spiked Chests, Spike-enemies, and Spikeballs (unless spawned by Singe).

Also retracts the spikes in Sacrifice Rooms, but the trinket can be dropped in order to use the room.

Does not prevent spiked attacks from The Pile or Mama Gurdy.
