Starting from Chapter 4, every coin and key is replaced with a random pickup:
• Bomb: 26.6%
• Heart: 26.6%
• Pill: 16.6%
• Card: 16.6%
• Trinket: 6.6%
• Battery: 6.6%

If the pickup is a coin, it also has a 20% chance of being replaced with a neutral Fly.

Does not apply only to normal pickup spawns, but rather to any method of them spawning.

Has no effect in Greed Mode.
Unlock: Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tainted Eden.
