Grants the ability to recharge your active item in exchange for self-damage. This can be accomplished by attempting to use an active item when it's not fully charged.

Each charge slot costs one half-heart.

Red hearts are prioritized when sacrificing health.

Cannot deal fatal damage. It can leave Isaac at a minimum of half a heart.
