Does not work if obtained on a seeded run, victory lap, RERUN, during a challenge, or if obtained as a temporary effect, e.g. via Lemegeton or Metronome.

Up to 2 items can be obtained in subsequent runs by picking up multiple copies of the item.
Unlock: Defeat Hush as Eden.
