While held10% chance to replace any coin spawned with a Grab Bag.

20% chance to replace any bomb (including troll bombs), key, card, rune or battery with a Grab Bag.

Does not apply to pickups spawned by Isaac, e.g. via IV Bag, and contents of other sacks.

Works retroactively, meaning pickups existing on the floor prior to picking the item up can be converted as well.
