Spawns a fly familiar that orbits around a random enemy in the room, dealing 2 damage per tick (30 per second) to enemies coming into contact with it.

The familiar occasionally makes a lunge towards the enemy it is orbiting, allowing brief contact even with smaller enemies.

When the enemy it was orbiting dies, it starts orbiting a different enemy.

When there are no enemies in the room, it will instead orbit Isaac.
This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
Unlock: Transform into Beelzebub.
