Replaces Isaac's tears with a short-delay charge attack that fires homing, piercing, spectral fetus-like tears. The charge attack fires on its own after fully charged.

Fetus tears do 75% of Isaac's damage, 3.75 times per second, until they run out of range.

Charge time depends on Isaac's fire rate: 30 / (RoundUp(TearDelay × 3) + 1). This cannot exceed 15.

The size of the fetuses scales with Isaac's damage.

Fetuses inherit Isaac's tear effects, and some special weapon effects, such as Mom's Knife or The Forgotten's bone club.
