Spawns wisps that orbit Isaac, fire tears, block enemy shots, and deal contact damage to enemies, much like the ones spawned by Book of Virtues.

The Jar will initially spawn 2 wisps, but the amount is increased by +1 each time the jar is used, up to a total of 12 wisps. The amount of wisps the jar will spawn is indicated by both a counter and the jar visually filling up with wisps.

Every wisp spawned has a 15% chance of being of a special variant.
