Spawns a familiar that uses Isaac's inputs (movement and shooting), and shoots spectral tears.

The familiar uses Isaac's speed, tears, range, shot speed, tear effect, and trinkets, and deals 0.5x Isaac's damage.

Holding the drop button allows Isaac to move independently from the familiar.

The familiar will place a bomb for free when Isaac places one.

The familiar will die in one hit, respawning on the next floor.

The familiar will also copy most of Isaac's item effects, and even use active items alongside Isaac.
Unlock: Defeat Mother as Tainted Jacob.
