Can not pick up hearts, except Rotten Heart.

When entering a new level, except the starting items, loses a random non- quest passive item, and gain its item-wisp.

Free health-priced items in Devil Room, but when picking up them, + 1 Broken Heart.

When picking up items in Angel Room, - 1 Broken Heart.

When using bombs, 50% chance to use Free Lemonade instead.



Cursed Mantle changes:
• Costs all charges.
• Blocking damage increases max-charge (2, 4, 6, 8, 12).
• When used actively, decrease max-charge.

Bone State changes:
• Red Heart becomes Rotten Heart.
• Every minute, takes 1 Red Heart damage, untill no Rotten Heart.
• When taking the damage above, enter Berserk! state, during which needs dealing 100 damage to enemies, or die.
• Standing near an item for 3 seconds decomposed it into 2 items with quality - 1, disappearing in 6 seconds (Can not decompose disappearing items).
• When hurt, transform the non-boss attacker into Rotten Gaper.

Soul State changes:
• 16 seconds timeout; 8 seconds to refill in Bone State.
• Half damage.
• 4 soul familiars that orbit the character and copy the tear effects.
• Spiked Chest weapon from Benighted Lost.
• Standing near an item for 3 seconds decomposed it into 5 coins; 5 more if its quality is above 2 (Can not decompose disappearing items).

Shop changes:
• When entering for the first time, remove all pickups.
• When entering, spawns Ultra Greedier, 5 times for a level at most, Hp:
25 + (10 × levels × times)
• Defeating Ultra Greedier spawns max(1, times- 1) coin-priced shop items.

Bonus on finished:
Spawn chests when finding trinkets in Graveyard.
Unlock: Unlock Benighted Forgotten.
