While heldReplaces every new pill spawned with a Cyanide pill, unless the effects of a Cyanide pill are currently active.

Grants an additional chance to spawn a pill upon clearing a room alongside the normal room clear reward, depending on the following conditions:
• If Isaac is not under the effect of a Cyanide pill, the chance is 1/7.

If Isaac is under the effect of a Cyanide pill, the chance starts at 1/3, but decreases for every Cyanide pill taken over the course of the run while not under the effect of a Cyanide pill, using the formula: 1 / (CyanidePillsTaken + 2).
