Adds a full Morbid Heart.

Morbid Hearts are placed on top of existing Red Heart containers, making them able to sustain up to 3 instances of damage before depleting.

Partially depleted Morbid Hearts can be refilled with Red Hearts, Rotten Hearts, or other Morbid Hearts.

When depleted, Morbid Hearts spawn a Morbid Chunk orbital that deals 7 damage per tick to enemies, and gets destroyed after dealing 30 instances of contact damage, or blocking 3 projectiles.

Cannot be picked up by characters that cannot have red health.
Unlock: Kill Mr. Dead.
