Grants a 10% chance to fire a rocket that homes in on enemies and shoots tiny tears once per 0.27 seconds.

The chance scales with luck and goes up to 25% with 10 luck.

The rocket pops into a tear pattern when it's destroyed (when it hits a wall, obstacle or an enemy) based on its 4 different colors:

Black: a spiral of 6 rotating tears.

Red: static rocket-shaped trail of 9 tears that slowly fall to the ground.

Yellow: shoots 9 tiny tears upwards.

Green: a spiral of 5-8 rotating tears.

All tears shot by rockets, whether it's while they're traveling or when they're destroyed, deal 35% of Isaac's damage and have spectral properties.

The rockets themselves deal Isaac's amount of damage and travel with 34% less velocity than regular tears.

Rockets have infinite range.
