Modifies the contents of Locked Chests, making them able to contain one or more cards, runes, batteries, and trinkets, alongside regular pickups.

Red Chests in the starting room of Dark Room will also get changed to Locked Chests.
Unlock: Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tainted Cain.
