Creates a circle around Isaac that contains 7 orbiting spectral tears which copy Isaac's tear effects.

The tears deal 1.5 × DamageStat + 5 damage.

The tears fall to the ground after 13 seconds and are renewed upon entering a new room.

Enemy tears have a chance to be caught in the orbit, making them able to damage enemies. These tears disappear a shrot time after leaving the room.
