• 40% → return 1¢ to Isaac's inventory
• 40% → heal Isaac for a full Red Heart
• 15% → grant +1 luck
• 5% → spawn a Beggar.

Donating to a Beggar has a chance to do one of the following:
• Refund 1¢ directly to Isaac.
• Heal a full Red Heart.
• Grant +1 luck.

Donating to a Blood Donation Machine or Confessional has a chance to do one of the following:
• Heal a full Red Heart.
• Spawn a Beggar.
• Grant +1 luck.

Donating to a Shop Restock Machine has a chance to grant +1 luck.
Unlock: Defeat The Lamb as Keeper.
